From a small start up operation in a basement in Montreal, to a multi-city, multi-agency business today, the success story of OSL’s growth into one of Canada’s most successful privately-held agencies is truly inspiring. In 1988, Robert Otis, John Sauter and Claude Leger founded OSL, leaving the client side for the relatively young, undisciplined science of promotional marketing. One of our earliest clients was the National Bank – and 20 years later we are proud to continue working together. In 2004, John Sauter retired and Mike Duncan was appointed Managing Partner. Today, Mike, Claude and Robert continue to be involved in all aspects of the business. The agency has grown, working today with many of Canada’s most recognizable brands.
